Delete Your Crowns Account

You can permanently delete your Crowns account — and the data associated with it — directly inside the app, on any platform (iOS, Android, or web at crowns.game).

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open Crowns and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the account card and tap Delete account (below Sign out).
4. Read the confirmation, type DELETE, and tap Delete forever.
5. You may be asked to sign in again first — this is a standard security check before a permanent deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google or phone link) — removed from our authentication system.
• Your cloud progress — synced solves, statistics, and streaks.
• Your @handle — released so someone else can claim it.
• Your friend code, friend connections, activity feed, and registered push-notification devices.

What is not deleted

• Purchases. Crown Pass and other purchases are processed by the payment provider (Stripe, or your App Store / Google Play account via RevenueCat), not your Crowns account. They are not revoked by deleting your account, and processor-side payment records are retained as required for accounting.
• Local data on your device. Progress stored only on the device stays until you clear the app's site data or uninstall the app — you can keep playing as a guest.
• Shared game history. Past duels, co-op rooms, and public leaderboard results remain, no longer connected to your account.
• Aggregated analytics. Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked back to your account.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in or don't have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.
